Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer details and intentions.
- Ensure the precision and compliance of information.
- Maintain professionalism while adhering to quality scripts.
- Provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
- Achieve call and verification targets.
Requirements: BPO experience is preferred. Strong English communication skills, ability to manage pressure, flexibility for night shifts, and basic computer proficiency are essential.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Job Type: Full-time.
