Job Description
Job Objective: Oversee solar installation teams to ensure timely progress and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and inspections.
- Monitor daily progress on-site and address any issues that arise.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures throughout the installation process.
- Manage tools and order necessary materials efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate customer support and communication effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Technical training in electrical or renewable energy fields.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in solar installation and supervisory roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
