Job Description
CLAIM WOLF GROUP is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer to become a vital part of our team. This on-site role focuses on recruiting qualified candidates, maintaining a talent pool for future openings, and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance. You will gather essential business intelligence to evaluate employee effectiveness, resolve workplace challenges, and facilitate clear communication of performance standards.
Candidates should possess a minimum BBA degree with a concentration in HR and have at least 6 months of relevant experience. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:45 AM to 5:45 PM. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,00 to Rs35,00, along with quarterly performance incentives.
