Job Description
Verwiz is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Representative for our night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries on Instagram, coordinating client bookings, and engaging in influencer outreach to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries on Instagram.
- Schedule and confirm bookings with clients.
- Conduct outreach to influencers to promote our services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate any issues or feedback to the team effectively.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
