Job Description
NCCI Hospital is actively seeking a courteous and efficient Female Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
- Manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process billing information.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and clean at all times.
Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience, a BBA or B.Com degree, and proficiency in English.
