Job Description

Skingen is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent (preferably female) with excellent communication skills in Urdu and English for our Lahore office. The successful candidate will efficiently address customer inquiries regarding our products and manage our social media content effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage customer feedback and complaints.
  • Implement customer service principles and practices.
  • Maintain high standards of service to enhance sales.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

– 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
