Job Description
GenXe Tech is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and confident Call Center Executive to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, effectively pitching our services, and converting those interactions into valuable appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound calls using established scripts
- Deliver professional presentations of our services
- Identify and qualify leads, setting appointments accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of calls in the CRM system
- Provide constructive feedback to optimize scripts
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or lead generation
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between PKR 35,00 and 100,00, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
