Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at Provox Global Solutions. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment efforts, and engage in employee initiatives, providing you with valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement events.
• Contribute to performance management efforts.

Requirements: Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, while maintaining confidentiality.

This is a full-time, on-site position with shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM.
