Job Description
Inceptech Solutions Pvt is on the lookout for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will assist customers through chat, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address basic issues and provide guidance to customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written communication skills in English.
- A basic understanding of computer operations.
Work Hours: 4 hours per day
Location: Johar Town
Salary: Negotiable (starting from Rs15,00.00 per month)
