Job Description
MEDXL BILLING AND SUPPORT LLP is looking for enthusiastic English-speaking Patient Callers/Representatives to assist our patients with inquiries, appointment bookings, results, and billing information. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a strong American accent and outstanding communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional American accent and English communication abilities
- At least intermediate education with call center experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in patient call handling
- Attractive salary package
