Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift HR Executive. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and employee engagement, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records and update databases accordingly.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–3 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
