Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR operations and labor laws, along with a commitment to creating a productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Support payroll preparation and management.
- Address employee inquiries with professionalism.
- Draft HR policies and official correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
