Joyland (Pvt) Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a friendly and well-groomed Receptionist cum Salon Helper (Female) to become a vital member of our dynamic team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for executing front desk operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome clients and oversee front desk activities.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the booking system efficiently.
- Process payments and ensure accurate client record management.
- Assist with basic tasks and support staff during peak periods.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a salon environment is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.
