Job Description
Kausar Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Peshawar and part of the innovative HiTech Machinery group, is experiencing growth in the plastic manufacturing sector. We seek a dedicated Senior Human Resources Manager who is passionate about quality and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: You will collaborate with factory leadership to drive cultural transformation, manage onboarding processes, address grievances, implement performance appraisals, and foster a safe workplace environment.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 10–15 years of HR experience in manufacturing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
