Job Description
KBK Electronics (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Software Support Team as Call Center Representatives in Lahore. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls related to software support, provide first-level technical assistance, and log customer interactions to ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls for software assistance.
- Offer initial technical support and remote guidance.
- Document customer interactions and address outstanding concerns.
Requirements:
- Education: DAE / Intermediate / Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in basic software support.
- Must be located in Lahore (onsite position).
Job Type: Contract (24 months) – Salary: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
