Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant is looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to become a vital part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, manage reservations, assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure the front desk operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes
• Handle room reservations and billing inquiries
• Provide information and resolve guest issues
• Maintain a well-organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; a degree in hospitality is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality roles
