Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee night shift operations for our U.S.-based facilities, working remotely from our back-office operations center. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and strong remote management capabilities, with a focus on effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational activities and ensure business continuity during the night shift.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding maintenance and operational requirements.
- Quickly address issues and emergencies, providing timely solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports to facilitate smooth handovers.
