Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is actively seeking a proactive and technically adept Operations Manager to spearhead our surveillance and security monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing CCTV teams and remote surveillance systems, specifically for retail or commercial environments within the United States.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of CCTV operators, overseeing daily operations, ensuring prompt detection of security incidents, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with clients to enhance security protocols. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, is required.
