Job Description
Link HR Consultants is in search of a qualified and compassionate nurse to deliver home nursing services to a patient. This position offers the opportunity for either full-time or part-time care within a home setting, ensuring that the patient is treated with dignity while receiving both medical and personal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daily nursing care and provide companionship
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility needs
- Support with feeding and maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Communicate with the family regarding the patient’s care
- Accurately document care provided
Qualifications: A Certified Nursing Diploma and 1 to 2 years of experience are required. Applicants must be reliable and capable of working independently.
