Job Description
M I Enterprises seeks a full-time, in-person HR & Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment, new-hire onboarding and documentation, monthly payroll preparation and disbursement, attendance, leave and overtime tracking, employee record maintenance, HR policy compliance, and coordination with management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (HR/BBA preferred)
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR & payroll with strong payroll processing knowledge
- Skills: Effective communication, coordination, and proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
- Salary: Rs55,00–Rs60,00 per month (market competitive, based on experience)
