Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, order processing, and sales support for a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Handle customer, client, and dealer communications; provide product, pricing, order, and delivery information.
• Process orders (manual/ERP), coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch, and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain customer relationships, prepare sales documentation, and support field staff with quotations and samples.
• Register and resolve complaints, maintain records, and prepare regular service reports.

Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s from a reputed Karachi university, strong English and Urdu communication, MS Office proficiency, customer-service experience (manufacturing preferred), ability to multitask and commute independently. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month. Work Location: In person.
