Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing AR & Denials Specialist to manage accounts receivable, process claims, and resolve denials to optimize revenue cycle performance. The specialist will review and analyze denials, prepare and submit appeals, post payments, and maintain clear communication with payers and providers. Responsibilities include monitoring aging reports, identifying root causes of rework, and implementing corrective actions to improve collections.
- Qualifications: minimum 2 years of medical billing experience, strong denial management skills, familiarity with CPT/ICD coding, excellent communication, and proficiency with billing software and EHR systems.
