Job Description
Maq Builders & Developers is looking for a presentable, talented, and organized female Admin and Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience while providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet clients and visitors
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements: Female applicants only; 1-2 years of experience; excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of Rs 35,00/month, full-time schedule from 11 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday).
