Job Description
Marten Digitals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Manager to become an essential part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage HR functions, and drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office administration and HR tasks.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Assist in performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in Admin & HR roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time, On-Site
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
