Job Description
Max International is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior HR – Organizational Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in various organizational development initiatives, focusing on employee engagement surveys and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate organizational development projects and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to performance management processes and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate the coordination and evaluation of training programs.
- Generate HR reports and analytics using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively to ensure the implementation of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Preferred 0–2 years of experience in HR or Organizational Development.
