Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in English to be part of our International Campaign in the US Market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, delivering accurate information, and ensuring exceptional service.
Shift Schedule: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide precise information about our products and services.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Intermediate.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
