Job Description
Megatech Trackers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary contact for our valued customers. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
