Job Description
Job Purpose: The MTO-Accounts Receivable position is a developmental role that focuses on receivables operations, cash flow management, and customer relationship enhancement. In this role, trainees will acquire valuable skills in invoicing, collections, credit assessment, and AR automation systems, with opportunities for rotation in related financial functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute precise invoices through ERP systems.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.
- Monitor aging reports and engage with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Accurately post payments to customer accounts and reconcile remittances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and maintain comprehensive customer records.
Skills Required: Strong analytical, accounting, and organizational abilities to support efficient financial operations.
Position Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, ACMA Inter.
