Job Description
Neon Chemicals (Pakistan) is looking for a qualified Front Desk Officer to join our team. Applicants must be at least 30 years old with exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly in English, to facilitate international interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and manage email correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain records of contacts.
- Coordinate meeting schedules.
