Job Description
Nexline BPO, powered by RCMBS, seeks full-time Verifiers to authenticate customer identity, contact information, beneficiaries, and policy details for auto insurance and final expense products. Responsibilities include validating documents, conducting scripted verification calls, entering accurate records into CRM, flagging discrepancies, and coordinating with agents to resolve issues while adhering to state, federal, and company compliance standards.
- Preferred: call center or insurance verification experience
- Required skills: clear communication, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette, accurate data entry, and time management
