Job Description
Nexus95 is actively seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a minimum of one year in IT recruitment. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source and evaluate candidates, and oversee the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Assess candidates’ technical abilities.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year in a similar position, strong IT knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.
