Noah Pro Max is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with substantial experience in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue goals.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, overseeing a telesales team, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams. Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM tools are essential for this role.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore | Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM | Employment Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month.
