Job Description
We seek a dedicated Assistant Sports Coach to support athlete development and daily training operations. The coach will assist in implementing practice plans, provide in-game support, monitor and record athlete performance, and help maintain a safe, positive team environment.
Ideal candidates possess coaching experience or relevant education, strong leadership and communication skills, basic first aid knowledge, and availability for evening and weekend sessions. The role requires collaboration with the head coach, attention to athlete safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
