Job Description

Octet Solutions (SMC-PVT) Limited is actively seeking a proactive Facilities & Procurement Coordinator to support our Canadian restaurant operations based in Lahore. This full-time night shift role will involve managing procurement processes, vendor communications, and maintenance scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify equipment and supply needs from Canadian store managers.
• Research materials online, compare quotes, and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain vendor lists and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and construction projects.
• Prepare reports and share project updates through email.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Salary: Rs 45,00 + (15,00 allowance)

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex-Air Avenue, Lahore
