Job Description
Omni Academy & Consulting is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Reception Officer to oversee our front desk operations located at Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad. As the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and ensure a friendly reception area.
- Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses and procedures.
- Maintain visitor logs and direct individuals to the appropriate staff members.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service position.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.
