Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Customer Service Representative with 1–3 years of experience in call center, telesales, or customer support; IT/digital experience is preferred. The role involves making outbound calls to sell web development, SEO, and digital services; building client relationships; assessing needs; recommending solutions; handling objections; and conducting follow-up.
- Requirements: basic web/SEO/digital marketing knowledge, strong English communication, persuasive and problem‑solving skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Schedule: full‑time on‑site night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) in Iqbal Town, Lahore. Salary: Rs55,00–90,00/month.
