Job Description
Pakafghan Logistics seeks a dedicated Collection and Recovery Officer to lead recovery efforts within the Recovery & Collection category. Based in Lahore (must reliably commute or relocate prior to start), this full-time role requires 100% travel availability.
Responsibilities include setting realistic objectives and recovery targets, enhancing collection processes for profitability, evaluating and monitoring team performance, allocating challenging goals, and personally visiting highly delinquent and aged accounts. The officer will drive process efficiencies and provide leadership to recovery staff.
- Preferred skills: excellent communication, MS Office proficiency, decisive leadership, multitasking, analytical thinking, and team management.
