Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: The Retail Audit Specialist will be responsible for conducting stock-taking and cash counting at retail locations per the audit plan. This role includes verifying compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviewing manual records, and assessing bank cash deposits as well as customer exchanges, returns, and claims. Additionally, the specialist will validate outlet-level expenses, perform random inventory spot checks, and investigate any discrepancies related to inventory shortages. The candidate will also prepare stock variation reports and coordinate with the Accounts and Operations departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
