Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Cost Controller to support financial oversight of production operations. The role requires analysis of production costs, variances, and inventory valuation; preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets; and development of KPIs and dashboards to promote cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance to investigate variances, maintain standard costing, and recommend process improvements.
- Utilize ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing controlling or cost accounting; strong analytical and communication skills.
