Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to support the development and execution of our recruitment strategy. This role involves identifying future hiring needs and crafting detailed job descriptions. The successful candidate will screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate potential talent. Additionally, you will coordinate interview schedules and contact references to assist in the hiring process. Maintaining a database of prospective candidates for future vacancies is also a key responsibility of this position.
