Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Media Production, or a related field
- Master’s degree is preferred
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience managing digital education projects
- Proven experience in blended learning content creation and deployment
- Strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers
Responsibilities:
- Oversee digital studio setup and operations
- Plan and implement workflows for training video production
- Ensure content aligns with educational goals
- Lead staff capacity-building initiatives
