Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is thrilled to announce an opening for a full-time Customer Support Representative. We seek a friendly and dedicated individual to become the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a remarkable service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone.
- Promptly and professionally resolve product or service issues.
- Provide accurate information and follow up on customer concerns.
- Update customer records and account information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary.
Requirements: Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
