Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Officer to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance to our customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address complaints and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
