Job Description
Provox Global Solutions seeks an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement advanced conversational agents. The successful candidate will develop and optimize customer-facing dialogs using Dialogflow CX/ES and Contact Center AI (CCAI), and contribute to backend services with Node.js, API management, and Google Cloud Platform.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with Dialogflow (CX/ES), CCAI, Node.js, SQL, and JavaScript
