Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Call Center Team Leader to oversee our takeaway and delivery operations. In this role, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of call agents, ensuring effective communication between agents, kitchen staff, and delivery personnel. Your responsibilities include monitoring order accuracy, ensuring timely dispatch, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will prepare daily order logs and reports while providing training and evaluation for call agents.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of call center management experience, be fluent in both Urdu and English, have a background in food service, and exhibit strong technical skills.
