Job Description
Quirky Concepts is looking for a meticulous and responsible WhatsApp Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee 2 to 3 WhatsApp business accounts, address customer inquiries promptly, and ensure accurate processing of orders. Proficiency in Urdu and a basic understanding of English are required for this position.
Job Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays off. Lunch will be provided.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs20,00.00 to Rs25,00.00. This is a full-time, in-person role.
