Job Description
Redex IT Limited is currently looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for resolving service tickets efficiently, providing timely reports, and managing engineer recruitment. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth ticket resolution, conducting monthly system updates, and upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, possess 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery, and demonstrate strong communication skills along with technical proficiency.
