Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls to healthcare practices.
  • Effectively present our medical billing and RCM services.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
