Job Description
Scalease is looking for enthusiastic Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialists / Appointment Setters for our US campaign. This is a full-time position with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Achieve weekly performance targets
Qualifications: Strong English communication skills, confidence on calls, and prior experience in a similar role are preferred.
Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 60,00 plus commissions and bonuses. Transportation is offered for female candidates.
