Job Description
Sehar Foods is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies to meet our targets while fostering strong relationships with high-value clients. They will oversee sales teams, ensure individual and team goals are met, conduct thorough market research, and identify new business opportunities in our sector.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- At least 8 years in the oil and ghee sector.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
